Qlh was created in 2012 with the sole purpose of developing stunning stand alone homes in Goa.

Ritu and Aditya combined their skills in interior design, architecture and manufacturing to create homes that paid homage to Goa's architecture while being able to withstand Goa's climatic challenges.

The result is 12 stunning homes handed over to amazing clients who now  showcase their homes to friends and family with pride.
